HDD S.M.A.R.T. Werte - kromonos - 19.06.2012
Mal eine Verständnisfrage zu den S.M.A.R.T. Werten meiner WD Caviar Blue aus meinem Netbook: http://pastebin.com/z8EmiKRh
Kann jemand was damit anfangen? Besonders bei den Reallocated Sectors Count melden die Tools alle Fehler -.- Allerdings weiß ich nicht wirklich, was das zu bedeuten hat

dann werd ich dir mal auf die sprünge helfen....
ich sehe da folgendes:
Reallocated sector count 1018 <- das ist schlecht, sehr schlecht, dieser wert gibt an wie viele sektoren deiner hdd neu alloziiert wurden ("verschoben", hdd's haben immer "spare"-sektoren übrig um ausgefallen zu ersetzten, das sind aber nicht viele und grade bei laptop hdd's meist nur 10, der "verschiebe"-prozess wird ausgeführt wenn ein erfolgloses schreiben in diesen sektor nach x versuchen [x ist herstellerabhängig] ein allerletztes mal fehlschlägt)
Current Pending Sector Count 40 <- das ist noch übler, das bedeutet das 40 (!!!!) sektoren deiner HDD darauf warten "verschoben" zu werden. du hast also insgesammt 1058 defekte sektoren, von denen bereits 1018 "ersetzt" werden konnten, aber eben weitere 40 noch auf "platz" warten, der aber nichtmehr da ist.
Reallocation Event Count 11 <- das ganze ist in 11 fällen zusammen gekommen, d.h. du hast dein HDD 11 mal misshandelt, schäme dir ;-)
anbgesehen von den echt fiesen schäden die die hdd hat ist sonst aber noch alles okay, auch wenn die hdd erst knapp über ein jahr laufzeit aufm buckel hat

Hmm ... ich hätte das Teil vlt. nicht gerade zum rum testen missbrauchen sollen ... Wobei 10 OS Installationen pro Monat sollte eine Platte eigentlich aushalten <.<

ich komm leider erst jetzt wieder zum reinlesen ins forum.... und sehe, du hast die platte echt missbraucht allerdings hast du recht, 10 os installationen im monat sind eigemntlich nix... die schäden die du da hast kommen auch eher nicht von os installationen sondern von äusseren einflüssen. beispielsweise das zu harte abstellen einer kaffeetasse neben den laptop während irgendwas auf die hdd geschrieben wird, oder das aufn tisch hauen wenn mal wieder n drecks fehler auftaucht ;-)

Die die Platte noch gut? Sie ist seit etwas über 4 Jahren im Einsatz.

also, estmal zu den platten: Beide weisen keine fehler auf, das ist schonmal gut.
Platte A hat ca. 1,4 Jahre betriebsstunden aufm buckel, das macht aber nix, die is noch weit von der MTBF-Grenze weg ^^
Platte B hat ca. 0,7 Jahre betreibsstunden aufm buckel und ist damit auch noch sehr weit von der MTBF-Grenze weg.
die probleme die Kromo da mit seinen platten hat sind bei dir nichtmal ansatzweise zu sehen, alle diesbezüglichen werte sind bei 0 das ist gut so ^^
ich kann dir jetzt nicht sagen welche platte die bessere ist, aber die zweite ist neuer ^^ oder weniger gebraucht.
auf welche werte es ankommt..... naja..... das kommt darauf an was du wissen willst ^^ ich kenne jetzt auch nicht jeden wert auswendig und weiss haargenau was in dem gespeichert wird, jedoch sind manche einfach zu erkennen und weisen auch beschädigungen oder soetwas hin. Power_On_Hours z.B. ist wie der name schon sagt die zeit in stunden die die HDD eingeschaltet war, Load_Cycle_Count ist wie oft die HDD "Angelaufen" ist soweit ich weiss, Temperature_Celsius erklärt sich auch selbst Spin_Up_Time ist etwas verwirrend da sich dieser wert ändert, aber nicht unbedingt grösser werden muss. Es handelt sich dabei um die spindel anlaufzeit des letzten einschaltvorganges. die restlichen mag ich jetzt nicht erklären, aber etwas googles hilft manchmal ^^
